Probably already heard of the guy that went into a fitness and shot it up, killing 3. Just read his blog that he had been keeping up, wondering why someone hadn't reported it to someone.

He's definitely mentally disturbed, years and years and he finally cracked. But he had been talking about what he was going to do for almost a year, guess no one took him seriously then or thought he was capable. Too late now, just thought it was really interesting.

The sad thing is, that's why a lot of these tragedies happen. People like that usually tell someone or broadcast what they're going to do eventually and those who were told don't take them seriously and the next thing you notice, it's happened.

It's like most school shootings. The shooters usually tell someone their plans and that person doesn't speak up about it.

I'm not a big fan of the therapy or "being a friend" to someone that was capable of this, it's usually they are unreachable...but a friend or someone that would have listened to him, would IMO prevented what he did. From what he posted, his dad ignored him and his brother was a douche that constantly bullied him...not to mention his lack of luck with women, which really set this off. I'm not condoning what he did in any way, but just interesting to see where he's coming from or really what caused this.

this is horrific to read

its scary because he is literally nuts one minute then just a normal old dude the other.

im really surprised no one knew about this beforehand.

He'd had enough with his lack of luck with women. I get disappointed too when I don't have luck (who doesn't?). I fail to see where his supposed strange behavior would have helped to end the bad luck.

But sometimes people just need someone there for them.

It's all about 'coping'. Most of us know how to deal with things like rejection, but with Sodini, he couldn't and with each rejection he kept getting closer to the edge.

Sex would have solved all of this, this guy said he hadn't had any in 19 years since he was 29. I don't know how he survived that long.
